Our weather has been all over the place with it being warm, rainy, flood warnings, frost, cold, windy and today was snow (finally) but then it warmed up and turned to rain. The rain and mud has not been great for getting Harlow out on a nice trail run so she has been stuck to walks, however, the other day the ground was frozen and we were able to play ball outside. Imagine her happiness this morning when I opened the door and she saw snow. . . .one happy pup!
Last week I finally got myself going and attended a camera club meeting. . . I have been wanting to do this for a year but finally mustered up the gumption to go. I picked a great month to attend as it was a bring your camera, gear and a box with trinkets as we were going to learn about perspective and lighting. There were LED lights, lightboxes, a lens ball, mirrors and we set up different scenes to practice our lighting. I had an absolute blast, met some new people, got great tips, tried out a magnifier and the lens ball. I can't wait until next month to see what the meeting is all about. A few shots from that night.
I am also participating in the Month of Challenges over at The Lilypad again this year and so far am up to date on them. Feeling really proud of the layouts I have created thus far, only one that I really do not like how it turned out.
